The Wait is Over! Mom Mindset Reset Foundations is Here!

It's here, and just in time for Mother's Day!

Thanks for signing up for the waitlist - and now the wait is over!

And just in time to give yourself a gift of self-care for Mother's Day!

Your teens are figuring out who they are, and in the process, you might feel like you're losing who you are.

This season of motherhood doesn’t have to be overwhelming. You have a choice, an opportunity to model confidence, resilience, and grace—while also rediscovering who you are and your own purpose beyond this stage of motherhood.

Have you felt it?

  • The paralyzing, yet expectant wait for the next time you're needed, as those moments grow further and further apart?
  • The tendency to ignore yourself and your needs, to jump in and try to fix whatever is going on in their world, no matter what you were doing in that moment?
  • The anxiety of wondering what's next, both in the moment and beyond?
  • The pit in your stomach of what it will be like for you when they're on their own?

You are not alone.

You're a mom who has lovingly invested tremendous amounts of time and energy in raising your children. The unfortunate side effect of this investment is that we too often neglect our self-care, reflection and growth in the process. We fall into the trap of thinking I'm just a mom.

It's when our decisions are based on an idolized version of motherhood that it becomes a problem.

This season of motherhood requires a different approach. It can be hard to shift your focus, especially when your kids' (and likely your own) hormones are also shifting.

When our kids enter their pre-teen years, we start to feel the pull. They are differentiating. This normal growth process can throw us moms into a tailspin, and before we know it, we're facing the prospect of an empty nest with a chasm of self-doubt, clinging to ways of mothering that served us and our children well in their more dependent years, but don't translate so well with teens who need us to give them a bit more space.

Precious mama, you've done an amazing job raising them to this stage. You can rest in the knowledge that you were chosen to be their mom, and that your very human imperfections have helped them become more resilient and grow.

Your teens are becoming more independent, but they’re still watching (even when they pretend they’re not). The best gift you can give them is a mom who embraces her worth, passions, and future with confidence. The Mom Mindset Reset can help you do just that.

It’s time to step into your next season with clarity and purpose—

because you are so much more than just a mom.

Hi, I’m Laura, a certified Christian life coach and mom who's walked the winding road of motherhood — including the deeply emotional season of preparing for the empty nest.

In my journey from idolizing motherhood to growth and healing, I discovered purpose beyond the roles we moms pour ourselves into. Now, I encourage, equip and empower other moms to embrace this season of motherhood with clarity, confidence, and grace, so both they and their teens can thrive now and in the empty nest years ahead.
