Grow Confidently

New from the Intentional Growth and Wellness Blog

Hey Intentional Growth and Wellness friends! I've been away from the blog for a few weeks due to a LOT going on!

First and foremost, my amazing daughter is getting married in less than two months, and though we've been planning for a while now, all those little details really start coming together in the last few weeks leading up to a wedding.

Plus we're about to take a much needed vacation before the wedding and before my husband goes into his busy season as a wildland firefighter and I go into my busy season of Christmas time (I'm also employed in full time ministry).

A new recent development that I'm excited to share is I'm now a monthly contributor (2nd Thursdays) to Inspire a Fire. In light of everything going on in my life, rather than leave you hanging for the hope and inspiration you're getting used to coming in your inbox, I'd like to share my first Inspire a Fire blog post with you this week. I hope it brings you encouragement and inspiration.

I also hope this post gives you hope that the small moments do in fact build momentum.

May your doing flow from your being,

Laura

See you next week (or soon thereafter)!

If you find this free content encouraging, empowering and equipping, would you consider a small donation to help offset the costs of production? Thank you!

It is possible to go from being drained to a wonderful kind of exhaustion. We are roughly a week into the new year. It’s a time when many of us consider what we need to change in our lives. Changing Seasons of Life - Emotions, Growth and Healing My beautiful friends, Have you struggled with changing seasons in your life? Whatever change you are experiencing and the challenges it brings, there is an anchor of hope and joy to be found amid any grief and sorrow you may feel. A racing clock of grief, overwhelm, and stress, covered in grace.

Grace for When You Feel Grief, Overwhelm and Stress My beautiful friends, This is a blog post that I was working on before Helene ravaged our Western North Carolina mountains. While originally written to address our general daily overwhelm and stress, a lot in and of itself, much has since happened. In the midst of the destruction and devastation, I hope this message will inspire us to give ourselves, and those around us, more grace and love as we rise up together through the grief, overwhelm...
